Second, enlarged edition of Linnaeus’s important work on the Swedish fauna, initially published in 1746. Carl von Linné (1707–1778) catalogs the entire fauna of his homeland and it is the counterpart to his „Flora Svecica“ from 1745. This second edition has been expanded by 916 entries and contains a total of 2266 species. – Paper slightly browned.
