"Exposito Psalterii". Augsburg, Schüssler, 1472. 32 : 22,5 cm. 133 leaves (without the first and last blank leaf) with two large initials painted in green, done by hand with red-ink decoration, and rubricated and decorated ("penwork") initials on 31 leaves. Bound in purple morocco leather on six gilt raised bands, spine richly blind-tooled, gilt tile on spine, gilt initials JR (John Rylands) on front board (added later), inner boards with gilt filets and blind-tooled borders.
